Experiences Create Belief Systems Which Impact Emotions and Stress

80% of disease is rooted in emotions.  Emotions often result from experiences we have had that get stored in our subconscious.  Science shows that we are only conscious of about 5% of the 60,000 thoughts we think every day.  Therefore, our life and health are often guided by subconscious thought patterns which can be a source of stress impacting the body. Using the emotion code and Zyto scan, we discover and release these emotions.  This allows clients to address hidden patterns that have been one of the causes of stress and poor health.

Calming the Stress Response

This Limbic system is the center in our brain that controls our fight or flight response to stress.  Our environment, subconscious belief systems or learned emotional patterns can trigger this stress response.  Stressful emotions can be imprinted in us through a traumatic event that is felt and experienced. In turn the nervous system, which connects all organs and systems to the brain, can cause impaired function in our body.  Learning ways to engage your environment differently, become aware of thinking patterns and calm the nervous system reduces stress freeing the body to heal.  Covenant Attachment is a method based on covenant through Christ ( a binding, sacred agreement that establishes a permanent, personal relationship and mutual commitments between God and humanity) using Biblical practices such as deep breathing, meditation, remembrance, gratitude, faith and prayer to calm the body, rewrite neural pathways and experience love.  The process of remembering God's goodness in our lives neurologically overwrites imprinted traumatic experiences and brings wholeness to body, mind and spirit.  His word brought healing to body, mind and spirit long ago.

Heaven's Touchpoint is Our Gut and Our Mind

John 7:38 Jesus says"He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water."  The Greek word for “belly” is “koilia.” It denotes the womb, stomach and innermost being.  Koilia is the basis for the Latin word for “heaven,” which is “coelum.” Thus, the touch point for the divine in us is in our gut\belly.  Healing our gut and supporting our thought patterns improves our spiritual connection.
