Follow-Up & Ongoing Support Follow-up sessions include: Review findings in detail Refine your personalized plan Educate you on why each step matters Evaluate your progress Move on to the next step or make necessary adjustments Our goal is not only to support healing, but to empower you with understanding, so over time you feel confident taking charge of your own health.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy This ensures your progress is not delayed and demonstrates mutual respect for the commitment we are both making to your health journey. Thank you for honoring your appointment time. The following policies apply: • Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of an appointment are subject to the full session fee: - Initial Consultation: $250 (less deposit paid) - Follow-Up Session: $115 • Rescheduling within 48 hours of an appointment will incur a $115 fee. • More than two reschedules within a 60-day period will incur a $30 administrative fee.
